Reinvention After 50
Reinvention after 50 is the deliberate practice of starting a new career, business, or body of work in the second half of life, using accumulated judgment rather than starting from zero.
About Lisa Copeland
Lisa Copeland's authority did not come from a stage. It came from payroll, production, market cycles, hard quarters, and the decision to start again after 50.
The profile
Lisa Copeland believes women do not become less relevant after 50. They become more experienced, more powerful, more discerning, and more capable of creating meaningful wealth and influence.
Her work helps women stop shrinking, stop waiting, and stop allowing age or fear to define what is possible. Not through affirmation — through strategy, ownership, visibility, and production.
She has been the only woman in the room. She has been underestimated in the pitch and then reevaluated at the closing table. She has also lost, adjusted, and rebuilt. That full record is the reason her advice holds weight.

The chapters
Lisa learned early that scoreboards do not care about your excuses. Competition taught her the habit that would define every chapter after it: decide, move, adjust, keep going.
She learned the difference between working in a business and owning one — payroll, margin, hiring, culture, and the loneliness of being the person everyone else is counting on.
Lisa entered one of the most male-dominated industries in America and became a nationally recognized dealer and leader. She did not soften herself to fit. She produced until the room had to make space.
The age at which women are quietly told to coast is the age at which Lisa started over — on purpose, with a plan, and without pretending the transition was painless.
New industry. New rules. Same operating system. She learned the market from the ground up and built production before she built a platform. Her active real estate practice lives at lisacopelandrealestate.com.
Lisa founded Lioness Real Estate Group and grew it into a large multi-state organization with the standards, coaching, and systems required for consistent production. She is also the founder and managing partner of Lioness Publishing Group and Austin Mortgage Associates / Round Rock Mortgage, though she does not run daily operations.
Lisa is not a technologist. She is a business leader who saw an unfair advantage forming and refused to let experienced women be left out of it.
A book written for women who were told the loudest years of their lives were over — and who intend to prove otherwise.
Help ambitious women over 50 build wealth, visibility, confidence, and legacy — and make the movement large enough that it stops needing a spokesperson.

For event hosts
"Our next speaker built a nationally recognized business in one of the toughest industries in America, walked away from it, and started over in real estate after 50 — where she built an organization spanning hundreds of agents. She is here to talk about what women over 50 can actually build. Please welcome Lisa Copeland."
Bring Lisa to your stage, or start with the movement she built for women who are done waiting.
